Wonderfully friendly staff, and good food!!!

The room I booked was compact with view of the Royal Palace, toiletries, as for instance. The location of the hotel was good and incredible - just a short walk away from a vast castle complex. The staff was consistently courteous, and the service was excellent.

Personnel was extremely helpful and top-class!

The room was nicely decorated, neat with down pillows. The bed was very clean, and there were a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card too. The location was handy, the breakfast was generous.

The restaurant was small for breakfast and dinner here, I had fresh dishes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were coffee/tea makers, a multi-channel television and a writing table to use. The staff were consistently courteous the whole time of my stay.

The rooms are tastefully decorated and compact, equipped with a chair and coffee. The location is relatively quiet and handy, as the hotel is based in a very quiet neighborhood. And it's not far from all main areas, Prague Castle, Charles Bridge and a very walkable distamce from Old Town, and all tourist attractions.

The location is perfect, friendly staff, stunning views, spacious room, soundproofed, complimentary wellness.

The hotel is conveniently located near all the major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. It is also close to bars, restaurants, and other attractions, providing plenty of options for entertainment. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and luxurious pillows. The breakfast is very nice, with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel offers wellness facilities, including a sauna, wet room, and jacuzzi. The staff is friendly, helpful, and speaks excellent English.

Some guests had issues with the sink drainage facility in the rooms, which may need to be repaired.

Position of hotel and we were upgraded to a castle view as per request without paying extra

Breakfast is great, bed very comfortable, nice view from the room (5th floor), location excellent. Walked to all the places during 4 days!

Unpleasant surprise upon arrival, which was resolved at the end, but made me feel the hotel is not very reliable. They wanted to move us to another hotel which was quite far, the reason they said was broken sewage on one of the floors.. Also, hotel should have wifi, which they didnt have.

We had a great time at this hotel with a good location and free breakfast included.

We really liked this hotel as it is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Malostranska metro station, and the WiFi fee is 30 EUR per day.

We stayed in a suite 603 on the top floor. We had a balcony with the views of the castle and Senate & the gardens. If u can, ask for a room at least on the 4th floor as there is a big concrete wall in front of the hotel. the hotel is 5 mins walk from Karlov most & the castle. The girls at the the reception were very nice and helpful. We didn't have any breakfast in the hotel so can't really say if is it's good or bad.

There is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, every time you want a cup you've to call the reception and they bring it to the room. It is free of charge but still a bit inconvenient.

Quite expensive in the hotel but that must be expected for this class of hotel. Very comfortable, freindly staff and great location. Fantastic views from the window across the city. The area had a safe feel when walking back late at night, Breakfast choice was fantastic, good start to the day!

There is a cost for the spa facilities that was a bit high for a one night stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was beautiful, clean, and had a fantastic view of the city. The location was perfect, as it was close to the castle and within walking distance to all the main tourist areas. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

Very quit location in the middle of old town Prague. Comfortable rooms with marble bathroom, the size is quiet ok if you are travelling by yourself for business as I did.

Breakfast & breakfast room, this is not what you expect at a five star rated hotel.
